NC Stop Human Trafficking is seeking an administrative assistant to assist with office operations.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Register for events
  • Make travel plans
  • Send correspondence
  • Manage day-to-day operations of office
  • Manage email and contacts
  • Manage paperwork with bookkeeper
  • Record-keeping of speaking engagements, events
  • Post on Social Media
  • Manage inventory
  • Order products
  • Update inventory
  • Price tags/signs

GPA Requirement Minimum of 2.0 Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage work time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in Google Business (Gmail, calendar, Google Drive)
  • Access to reliable transportation
