About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Load, organize, and secure packages in delivery vehicle for daily routes
- Perform timely and accurate delivery of FedEx packages to residential and commercial customers
- Scan and document packages using handheld devices to maintain delivery records
- Obtain customer signatures and confirm deliveries per FedEx protocols
- Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch and team leads regarding route updates or delivery issues
- Maintain cleanliness and perform basic inspections of delivery vehicle
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and navigating routes efficiently
- Basic smartphone or handheld scanner proficiency
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physical outdoor environments
- Prior delivery, logistics, or driving experience is a plus
