The Job
You’ll deliver FedEx Ground packages to homes and businesses using a company-provided P700–P1200 vehicle. Routes combine Ground and residential deliveries and cover 150+ miles per day. The work involves loading and unloading packages, frequent lifting, and getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the route. You’ll start at 7:30 AM and work until route completion.
Compensation
Daily pay $160 per day
Pay structure Flat daily rate
Training pay $120 per day for two weeks
Stop bonus $1 per stop after 120 stops
Pay frequency Weekly on Friday

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report

- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Use GPS to complete deliveries accurately
- No CDL required
