The Job
You’ll deliver packages on suburban routes that are about 50% residential and 50% ground deliveries, traveling 60–120 miles per day. Routes average 8–9 hours, until all packages are delivered. The work involves loading and unloading packages, frequent bending, and carrying bulky items, including furniture, to homes and apartment buildings with stairs.
Drivers earn $1 per stop over 150 stops. A $500 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days, and a $300 referral bonus is paid after 90 days if the referred candidate stays.
Compensation
- Base pay: $800 per week for a 5-day workweek
- Additional day pay: $160 for working a 6th day
- Stop bonus: $1 per stop over 150 stops

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs and carry bulky items, with frequent bending and maneuvering in and out of the delivery truck, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Must be available for weekend work
- Prior experience with courier services is a plus

Schedule
