KVC Enterprises operates FedEx Ground routes from its Saint Louis terminal and serves St. Louis, Webster Groves, and Sunset Hills. Routes are about 80% residential and 20% business, with roughly 140 stops over 45 miles a day. Drivers receive 3–5 days of paid training at $150 per day. The Job
You’ll deliver packages to residential and business locations across the service area, averaging 140 stops and 45 miles per day. You’ll use a company-provided P1000 or P700 vehicle and work routes averaging 8 hours, until deliveries and pickup stops are complete.
The work includes loading and unloading packages, frequent bending, and getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the route.
Compensation
- Daily pay: $160–$200 per day
- Paid training: $150 per day for 3–5 days
- Quarterly bonus: $300 if requirements are met
- Pay frequency: Biweekly

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply
- Class E driver’s license required
- No prior delivery experience required — we’ll train you
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening conducted after a conditional offer of employment.
Schedule
Start with Saturday, Sunday, and three weekdays. Drivers may request Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday routes as they become available. Start time is 8:30 AM; work continues until deliveries and pickup stops are complete. Routes average 8 hours.
