The Job
You’ll deliver packages to homes and businesses across Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania County in a company-provided delivery vehicle. Routes average 115–130 stops and 65 miles per day, with an average workday of 8 hours until all packages are delivered. The work involves loading and unloading packages, frequent bending, and getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the day.
Drivers earn a $1.00 stop bonus for each stop after 130 stops. No CDL is required.

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with frequent bending and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of pre-employment screening conducted after a conditional offer of employment.
Schedule
5 to 6 days per week. Routes operate 7 days a week. Start time is 8:30 AM, and work continues until route completion. The average workday is 8 hours.
