Responsibilities: of the FedRAMP Program Manager: • Lead cross-functional programs supporting the security stack and operational controls required for FedRAMP Moderate environments. • Coordinate project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across engineering, security, compliance, and operations teams. • Drive compliance readiness efforts and support continuous monitoring activities aligned with FedRAMP Moderate requirements. • Partner with clients and internal teams to ensure secure application deployment and operational excellence within regulated cloud environments. • Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies to strengthen security, compliance, and service delivery outcomes. Qualifications: of the FedRAMP Program Manager: • 5+ years of project and/or program management experience within technology organizations. • Prior hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud operations, infrastructure operations, or a related technical discipline. • Strong understanding of FedRAMP Moderate frameworks, security controls, compliance requirements, and operational governance. • Experience managing complex technical programs involving cloud platforms, security tooling, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills.
