Scope of Responsibilities and Job RequirementsLearn to operate the feed manufacturing equipment safely and efficientlyAssist with performing necessary sequencing, recording, and documenting of all feed manufactured during shiftMix and prepare livestock feeds efficiently and in a manner that assures accuracy and high qualityLoad and unload trucks in a safe and efficient mannerCreate, develop and execute feed rations and marketing strategies that capture maximum valuePrepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to ensure successful transactionsBuild and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential customers, vendors, and internal staff Desired Skills/CompetenciesDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skillsMotivation to learn new skills and informationOrganizational and attention to detail skillsAbility work in a variety of conditionsStrong customer service skillsPursuing a degree in agricultural related fieldDrug Screen will be required upon job offer.
