Feed Mill Plant Manager | Hereford, TX

A regional feed manufacturer is expanding and needs a Feed Mill Plant Manager to lead its Hereford-area mill.

- Interviews are happening now
- Provide strategic leadership to improve process and efficiency
- Oversee budgets, the plant P&L and ingredient purchasing
- Work on a small team where decisions happen quickly
- Develop, document and enforce SOPs
- Run day-to-day mill operations, including production, quality, safety and maintenance
- At least 3 years in feed milling or food manufacturing, ideally in a supervisory or management role
- Bachelor's in Ag, Milling or Food Science is a plus
- Must live within a reasonable commute of the facility (relocation possible)

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $113k-$130k DOE
- Performance bonus
