Job Title: Poultry/Swine Feed Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Poultry/Swine Feed Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our feed products to poultry and swine producers, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Hybrid role- You could live SD,ND or MN

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the poultry and swine feed market.
• Identify and prospect new clients, and nurture existing customer relationships to expand our market presence.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our feed products.
• Provide technical support and consultative advice to clients on feed solutions, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and account plans to management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven sales experience in the agriculture or animal feed industry, with a focus on poultry and/or swine.
• Strong understanding of feed products, animal nutrition, and livestock management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
