Responsibilities:
Install various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link, with precision and care.
Measure and mark installation locations to ensure accurate fence placement.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns on-site.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in estimating materials and labor for upcoming projects.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing fences as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a fence installer or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fencing materials, tools, and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Excellent physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have valid drivers' license and the ability to operate a truck with trailer.
