What This Role Is All AboutThe Fertigation Lead oversees daily fertigation and irrigation operations, ensuring plants are properly fed and irrigated according to established schedules and SOPs. You work well in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid to jump in where needed.What You'll DoLead daily fertigation and irrigation activitiesManage feeding schedules and make adjustments as neededMonitor Rhythm and Aroya systems, sensors, irrigation lines, and equipmentMix and validate stock tanks according to SOPsPerform irrigation checks, runoff collection, flushing, and system maintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and functional water roomTrain and support cultivation team members assisting with fertigationCoordinate daily activities with the Cultivation Manager and Cultivation LeadsMaintain accurate logs, inventory, and data trackingFollow all cultivation SOPs, sanitation standards, and regulatory requirementsAssist with cultivation tasks when additional support is neededWhat We're Looking For2+ years of cannabis cultivation experience preferredExperience with irrigation/fertigation systems, fertilizer mixing, crop steering, and precision irrigationLeadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong understanding of plant development and cultivation operationsComfortable with basic calculations for fertilizer formulations, dilutions, and application ratesOrganized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work well with a teamPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position requiring standing, walking, bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
