Responsibilities
- Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines to cut metal parts according to specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine precise cutting requirements.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
- Monitor production output for quality control and make adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment adhering to company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Document work performed and maintained accurate records of production activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating fiber laser cutting equipment or similar machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment adhering to safety standards.
