Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Fiberglass Production Technicians in Ashland to help create large, custom-fabricated products from start to finish. You'll work with a team to form, sand, finish, and prepare unique pieces before they're sent on for their final finishing touches.

This isn't repetitive assembly-line work. It's a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys building things, working with tools, and seeing raw materials turn into a finished product.

What You'll Do

• Build and form large custom-fabricated pieces using molds
• Prepare materials and assist with the molding process
• Sand, smooth, and finish components
• Inspect your work for quality and consistency
• Measure materials and components using a tape measure
• Prepare completed pieces for the next stage of production
• Work alongside team members throughout the fabrication process
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What You'll Need

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read a tape measure or willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn the fabrication process
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Construction, fiberglass, bodywork, fabrication, sanding, finishing, or similar hands-on experience is a plus

No high school diploma or GED required.
