- Operates equipment needed to perform job.
- Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
- Willing & able to work overtime as required.
- Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 8-12 hours daily.
- Regularly lifting 15lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of three years of verifiable work history
- Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment
- Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
