Position Summary:

The role of a Field agent is to retrieve records/documents in a deadline-driven environment through document collection from the client and deliver them to government offices, businesses, and other locations based on their instructions.

Job Duties:

• Establish a strong working relationship with clients.

• Inform the Supervisor of any problems while in the field.

• Deliver documents to our clients and other facilities as directed by dispatch.

• Picking up packages from the clients and other facilities as directed by dispatch and delivering packages to the recipient.

• Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items

• Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries.

• Working with dispatch to get to the right locations.

• Maintain high-level confidentiality with regards to all internal, external matters, and other material as deemed necessary

Travel

• 95% of travel is required for client pick-up and deliveries to various locations.
• 5% in the office

Required Education and Experience

• High School graduate or GED equivalent
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record (3 points or less)
• Valid Auto Insurance - checked quarterly.
• Must pass a background check.
• Be willing to work overtime and over the weekends at times if needed.

Schedule/Location:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Out in the field (Sacramento)
