Are you ready to take your career to new heights in the vibrant city of Denver, CO? We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive our Asset Protection programs and support Luxottica Brands in safeguarding assets and ensuring the welfare of our customers and associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Asset Protection/Operations programs, including store shrinkage, physical security, audit/training, policy compliance, brand enforcement, and fraud prevention.
- Lead investigations into known or suspected internal/external dishonesty or illegal activities.
- Coach and consult with Regional Managers to ensure compliance with Asset Protection initiatives.
- Provide training and action steps to prevent/identify potential dishonesty at regional and store levels.
- Partner with Brand Operations and Associate Relations for coordinated efforts.
- Identify, investigate, and close Organized Retail Crime (ORC) cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of audit experience.
- 6 years of investigation experience with successful case closure.
- 2 years as an APA/Client Supervisor.
- Thorough knowledge of physical security equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and independent judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferences
- Experience in APA/Client roles.
- Proven ability to handle difficult or volatile situations effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with others and motivate a team.
