Position: Field Canvasser — Set Appointments, No Selling Required
Our roofing company is growing fast across the region, and we're looking for outgoing, driven people to join our canvassing team — no roofing or sales background needed, we'll teach you everything.
What You'll Do:
Walk neighborhoods in Romeo and surrounding communities, meeting homeowners face-to-face
Start conversations, build rapport, and introduce homeowners to our roofing and financing options
Book free roof inspections for our specialist team to follow up on
That's it — no closing, no selling. Just set the appointment and move to the next door
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, outgoing personality and confident communication style
Comfortable being outdoors and on your feet, walking neighborhoods
Driven by goals and motivated by bonuses
Reliable transportation to your assigned territory
Coachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow
What You'll Get:
Base salary + commission + performance bonuses
$50,000–$75,000+ in your first year
