Pivot your clinical expertise into a rewarding, autonomous advocacy role.

We are seeking an exceptional **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our team as a Field Case Manager. In this role, you will step out of the traditional hospital setting and into the field, acting as the vital link between injured workers, medical providers, employers, and insurance carriers. Your mission is simple yet impactful: facilitate top-tier medical care, advocate for the patient, and guide them through a safe, efficient return-to-work journey.

 Position Overview
As a Field Case Manager, you will manage a dedicated local caseload, attending medical appointments with clients and collaborating directly with treating physicians and therapists. You will use your strong clinical judgment to evaluate treatment plans, ensure medical necessity, and streamline communication among all parties involved in the Workers' Compensation process. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical independence, patient advocacy, and professional flexibility.

Territory & Schedule Flexibility
Local Field Travel: This is a field-based position requiring regional travel to medical facilities and appointments within your assigned geographic territory (typically within a 2-hour driving radius).
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a highly autonomous schedule, managing your own daily calendar and administrative time from home.
No Shift Work: Say goodbye to rigid hospital shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a dedicated patient advocate, accompanying clients to medical visits to ensure clear communication and timely care coordination.
* Partner with physicians, specialists, and physical therapists to establish, monitor, and progress realistic recovery goals.
* Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify potential barriers to recovery and implement proactive solutions.
* Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and serve as the central liaison between the medical team, employer, and insurance adjusters.

Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (acute care, orthopedics, occupational health, or rehabilitation background is highly valued).
Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Certifications: CCM, CRRN, or CDMS certifications are a significant plus, but not required.

What We Offer
Compensation: This is a full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus an incentive program.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package included.
The autonomy to manage your own day while making a tangible difference in patients' lives and healing journeys.
A streamlined, collaborative environment where your time and expertise are respected.
