The Field Development Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training new and experienced field employees to build competencies in hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safe, efficient rig operations. This role works directly alongside crews in the field, reinforcing Precision Drilling's standards and expectations through hands‑on guidance and real‑time performance improvement.

DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Evaluate competencies from Floorhand through Rig Manager, track progress, and coach identified gaps through completion
