The New Jersey Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee (DACC) seeks motivated, organized, experienced campaign professionals to serve as Legislative District Field Directors for the 2027 election cycle. With all 40 New Jersey legislative districts holding elections for the State Senate and General Assembly in 2027, DACC is recruiting Field Directors to support competitive Democratic legislative campaigns statewide.

Field Directors will work as part of a team supporting multiple legislative candidates within an assigned district. Depending on the campaign's structure, staffing, and electoral priorities, the position may involve working with one or more candidates for the New Jersey State Senate and/or General Assembly. Campaign structures and staffing levels will vary by district.

Successful applicants will lead the development and execution of voter contact and grassroots organizing programs, manage field staff and volunteers, and coordinate with campaign leadership and political stakeholders to meet campaign goals. Positions may be available for the June 2027 primary election, the November 2027 general election, or both. Start dates may range from December 2026 through June 2027, depending on district needs and campaign assignments. Candidates interested in either election cycle are encouraged to apply.
