Field Disposition & Property Showing Coordinator

Greenlight Offer is an established and growing real estate investment company based in Houston, Texas. Since 2016, we've built a strong reputation for helping homeowners and consistently closing 15–20 real estate transactions per month. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven, dependable, and people-oriented Field Disposition & Property Showing Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you'll be an important part of our Dispositions department, serving as our boots on the ground throughout the Houston area. Your day-to-day will include coordinating property showings and open houses, visiting newly contracted properties to capture inspection photos within 24–48 hours, and connecting with buyers, real estate agents, and lenders to help keep transactions moving forward.

We're looking for someone who's proactive, organized, and enjoys working with people. Someone who takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, build relationships, or go the extra mile to get the job done.

This is a full-time, Houston-based position offering a $3,000–$3,500 monthly base salary plus commission opportunities on deals you personally bring in.
