The Field Engineer I has a degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Heshe will be required to undertake a variety of construction disciplines such as Safety Estimating Project Management and Operations. The Field Engineer will be given responsibility and decision making authority. He she will not be required to perform manual labor in this position but instead will be required to manage actively and independently those who do.
