Field Engineer - Multifamily Construction

Job Description
- Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
- Assist in preparing project schedules and budgets.
- Review blueprints, plans, and technical drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct site inspections and document project activities.
- Support in managing materials and resources effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Field Engineer - Multifamily Construction should have:
- 0-3+ years of construction experience or a recent construction-related
- Multifamily experience preferred; commercial, residential, or civil backgrounds considered
- Open to Foremen looking to transition into a career growth opportunity
- Comfortable using construction technology and project management software
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and desire to learn and advance
