A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in IT field support or structured cabling and networking projects is essential. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switching, firewalls, and wireless technologies is vital, along with experience with hardware from top vendors such as Cisco and Ubiquiti. Proficiency in diagnostic tools like cable testers and Wi-Fi analyzers will enable you to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interfacing professionally with clients and ensuring project transparency.
