Description

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for enhancing outlet level performance and increasing brand availability and visibility through local-level relationships and collaboration with key customers 
  • Act as a critical customer contact for the company, enabling collaboration and partnership at the store level to drive growth ahead of the category 
  • Influence outlet level decision-making by leveraging fact-based data and intelligence which supports our brands 
  • Track progress against weekly call activity and performance metrics against agreed upon objectives and share results with internal and external stakeholders regularly 
  • Leverage entire suite of tools to maximize visibility and execution in every store in the territory 
  • Collaborate with and support Chain Account Executives and local Sales Supervisors to ensure flawless execution of all programming and activity 
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 plus years of related experienceor High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements 
  • Must have reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law 
  • The employee must be able to lift and carry products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 175 pounds
