Position Overview
At Kiewit, our people are the foundation of everything we build - and we're committed to growing the next generation of HR leaders who help them thrive. As a key member of our Power district HR team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our field HR team, strengthening our craft talent pipeline, and ensuring our annual people processes are executed with excellence. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence culture, coach early-career HR talent, and support the teams that build some of the most complex and meaningful projects in North America.
You'll mentor and guide field HR specialists working on construction project sites, providing tactical HR support, problem-solving partnership, and career development that elevates their impact.
