Atlas Installers specializes in installing quality blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies for residential and commercial customers throughout the Midwest. We are looking for reliable, hands-on individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and are comfortable working directly with customers.
As a Field Installer, you will travel to customer locations, complete installations, and help deliver a professional, positive customer experience. If you enjoy working independently in the field while having the support of an established team, we would love to hear from you!
Competitive Pay: Earn $800–$1,400 per week through piece-rate compensation, with minimum weekly earnings of $800.

Consistent Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts and year-round work.
Additional Earning Opportunities: Earn additional compensation through eligible commissions, lead generation, and positive customer surveys.
Install blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies at residential and commercial locations.
Accurately measure windows and ensure proper fit and installation.
Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Troubleshoot installation challenges and identify practical solutions.
Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions about the installation process.
Coordinate with office staff to stay informed about job details and installation requirements.
Maintain a clean, professional work environment at customer locations.
Represent Atlas Installers through quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Comfort using tools such as drills, tape measures, and ladders.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to take accurate measurements.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Gmail and online portals.
Dependability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Willingness to travel to customer locations throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of installation work, including lifting and working on ladders.
At least one year of construction, installation, or similar hands-on experience is a plus.
At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with window treatments is helpful, but we encourage motivated candidates who are willing to learn to apply.
