Lead a Growing Field Operations Team
An established and rapidly growing electrical home services company is seeking an experienced Field Manager to oversee residential and commercial installation crews. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with strong knowledge of whole home standby generators and electrical and gas plumbing experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee residential and commercial installation crews
Hold installers accountable for quality, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction
Train, coach, and mentor field personnel
Perform job site inspections and quality control
Order all materials and parts required for upcoming installations
Meet with city and county inspectors as needed
Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical support to installation crews
Assist with scheduling and daily field operations
Assist the sales team with scoping and quoting complex residential and commercial projects
Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical, fuel gas, and local building codes
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical, gas plumbing, generator installation, or a related trade
Strong knowledge of:
Residential electrical systems
Natural gas and propane piping
Standby generator installations
National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable building codes
Proven leadership experience managing field personnel
Ability to read plans and troubleshoot complex installations
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Electrical experience
Gas plumbing experience
Experience with commercial power systems
Experience working with permitting departments and inspectors
Experience working with Georgia Power
Manufacturer certifications are a plus
