Field Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, organized Field Manager to oversee subcontractor installation teams for cabinets, countertops, and flooring. This role is responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining strong communication with builders and internal teams, and resolving jobsite issues efficiently. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, leads by example, and supports daily field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Oversight: Manage installation subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, accountability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between builders, installers, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve jobsite issues, coordinate repairs or replacements, and estimate associated costs.
• Jobsite Coordination: Address material shortages, scheduling conflicts, installation concerns, and other trade-related challenges.
• Leadership and Operations: Support installer training, facility needs, and daily operations while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Ownership and Follow-Through: Make sound decisions, take initiative, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
