Window World of Kentuckiana is hiring a Field Manager.  The Field Manager will assist in coordinating the administrative, customer relations operations, and installation projects of the Window World location from start to finish. They will be the lead troubleshooter for installtion projects and servicing.  They will work closely with company owners and manage customer expectations and work closely with the sales staff, warehouse staff, crews and subcontractors. They will report directly to the Executive Vice President.  Commissioned sales opportunities will arise on occasion though primary role is not sales specific. Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Problem solve installation issues to maintain customer satisfaction 
  • Measure windows and doors accurately 
  • Learn and work with company management software 
  • Communicating project updates to crews, clients, and colleagues
  • Manage positive relationships with our long-standing customers
  • Reviewing inspection reports and photos
  • Manage project site staging and logistics
  • Schedule / Conduct inspections and manage warranty repairs
  • Monitor and maintain project margins
  • Work directly with Executive team to help grow company
  • Help maintain warehouse organization and job preparation
Qualifications and Skills
  • Industry Experience– The candidate MUST have hands on experience in the exterior remodeling industry construction company.
  • He/She must be knowledgeable in windows, doors, siding and trim. Knowledge of roofing, gutters a plus!
  • Must be able to accurately measure and order windows using a portal site.
  • Computer Literacy– Must be knowledgeable of scheduling software, Microsoft office suite programs, google suites, etc. We will train you on our WW360 CRM system.
  • Excellent Communication Skills– You need to be articulate and thorough in keeping our clients informed about their project. Likewise, you will need to communicate client questions, concerns, etc. with our crews and sales rep.
