From dispatch to quality control, training to safety, you'll be the driving force behind how work gets done and how teams succeed.What You'll DoLead daily field operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and job coordinationKeep safety at the forefront-conduct site visits and enforce company standardsTrain, coach, and develop technicians to perform at their bestDrive accountability and performance across your teamEnsure top-tier quality on every job, every timeManage inventory, equipment, and shop organizationTrack job progress, handle reschedules, and keep communication flowingReview completed work to ensure accuracy and readiness for invoicingSupport strong customer relationships through consistent execution and serviceJump into the field when needed to support the team and get the job doneWho Wins in This RoleYou're a leader who leads from the front.
