Job Summary
The Field Operator supports safe, timely project execution while working as part of a team under assigned leadership. The role focuses on learning processes, completing assigned tasks, and developing skills for future growth.
Job Responsibilities
Supports projects within industrial facilities
Performs hands on mechanical tasks using various tools
Handles and transfers chemicals using appropriate equipment
Assists with maintenance and repair of equipment and systems
Meets required safety training and site compliance standards
Works safely with limited supervision in industrial environments
Sets up and operates equipment for chemical handling processes
Monitors chemical usage and follows established procedures
Contributes to shop operations when not assigned to field work
Participates in safety meetings and related activities
Requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required with basic knowledge and a minimum of one (1) year experience in reï¬nery operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to drive safe and timely work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time globally.
