Field Recruiter
Territory: Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley amp; Riverside, CA
Are you a people person who enjoys being out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day? We#39;re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Field Recruiter to help us find top talent while building relationships throughout the Inland Empire.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekends as needed based on business demands
Pay
- Depending on experience
- Mileage reimbursement provided for work-related travel
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified candidates for warehouse, manufacturing, and industrial positions.
- Travel throughout Ontario, Perris, Moreno Valley, and Riverside to recruit employees.
- Attend hiring events, job fairs, community events, and recruiting activities.
- Conduct interviews and screen applicants.
- Assist candidates with the onboarding process.
- Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners.
- Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruiting goals and staffing deadlines.
- Represent the company professionally while working in the field.
- Perform other recruiting and staffing duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is Required.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Valid driver#39;s license and current auto insurance required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
