This role is focused on ensuring our products are always fresh, compliant, and merchandised to the highest standard. You will act as the bridge between our brand and retail partners, helping drive product visibility, education, and sell-through.Key Responsibilities:Visit assigned cannabis retail stores on a regular scheduleEnsure products are fresh, properly rotated (FIFO), and compliant with CRA regulationsCheck product dates and remove any outdated or non-compliant inventory.Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays in accordance with brand and provincial guidelinesRestock shelves and support inventory management when necessary.Build strong relationships with budtenders and store managersEducate retail staff on product features, benefits, and brand positioningGather feedback on product performance, customer preferences, and market trendsRepresent the brand professionally and in compliance with all cannabis marketing regulationsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a brand ambassador, merchandising, retail, or cannabis-related role in the Cannabis IndustryStrong understanding of cannabis products and retail environmentKnowledge of local/provincial cannabis regulations (CRA)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage a flexible scheduleReliable transportation and willingness to travel between retail locations.This role covers West Michigan.Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry.Strong work ethic and reliability Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in cannabis sales or brand representationExisting relationships within the retail cannabis community**Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
