We provide training.Position DetailsPay: $15 per hour + performance-based incentivesSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekLocation: Central OhioTransportation: Company vehicle providedPersonal Vehicle: Not requiredWorkday: Starts and ends at our officeHow Your Day WorksYour workday begins at our office, where you'll meet with the team and prepare for the day.From the office, you'll travel with the team in a company-provided vehicle to assigned neighborhoods. You'll spend the day speaking with homeowners, generating leads, and setting appointments.At the end of the workday, you'll return to the office with the team.You will not be required to use your personal vehicle for work.ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Representative, you will:Travel to assigned neighborhoods with the teamSpeak directly with homeownersIntroduce homeowners to Allstate Exteriors and our servicesIdentify potential exterior home improvement opportunitiesGenerate qualified leadsSet appointments for our sales teamMaintain accurate records of daily activityWork toward individual and team goalsRepresent Allstate Exteriors professionally in the communityWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for individuals who are:Reliable and dependableMotivated and goal-orientedComfortable speaking with new peoplePositive and professionalCoachable and willing to learnComfortable working outdoorsAble to stay motivated throughout the workdayAble to work both independently and as part of a teamSales experience is helpful but not required.
