What You'll Do at Pega:


+ Partner with sales leaders to execute go-to-market plans, territory strategies, coverage models, and resource planning.

+ Deliver data-driven insights and business reviews that improve forecasting, pipeline health, sales productivity, and business performance.

+ Improve sales processes, data quality, operating cadences, and adoption of best practices across the organization.

+ Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to streamline work, accelerate insights, and scale operational effectiveness.

+ Support sales enablement, organizational readiness, and cross-functional initiatives that drive execution and business transformation.

What You've Accomplished:


+ 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.

+ Experience supporting sales planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory or coverage governance.

+ Proven success translating data and performance trends into actionable business recommendations.

+ Experience implementing scalable processes, improving data quality, and leveraging AI, automation, analytics, or workflow technologies to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

+ Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and organizational change in a complex business environment.

Additional Information


Base salary range for this role is 100,800 - 153,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.


The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
