The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth and managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through closing and account development, within an assigned territory. This role develops and executes strategic Go-To-Market and business plans to achieve or exceed sales quotas while expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with property owners and key decision-makers, delivering consultative sales presentations, recommending solutions aligned with the company's value proposition, preparing proposals and RFP responses, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention. The position also collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to maximize revenue, profitability, and customer success.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, presentation, prospecting, and closing skills, along with an understanding of pricing models, market dynamics, and customer needs. A proven ability to generate new business and grow accounts is highly preferred. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with 0-3 years of successful outside sales experience. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment and traveling locally up to 50% of the time. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
