Job Details
- Perform on site installations, IQ/OQ, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on our bioreactor systems
- Serve as the go to technical liaison for customers, resolving hardware and software issues by phone, email, and on site visits
- Lead configuration of all new bioreactor units
- Support complaint investigations and root cause analysis alongside Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing
- Develop and maintain field service documentation, including procedures, service reports, and work instructions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 5+ years at an electromechanical equipment manufacturer (or 7+ years of directly related hands on experience in lieu of a degree)
- Hands on experience with bioprocess equipment and a solid understanding of bioreactor functions and components
- Customer facing field service or technical support experience with electromechanical equipment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and on a cross functional team
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally about 25% of the time
