As a Field Service Engineer II , you will independently perform installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated analytical and electron microscopy equipment. Working with advanced technology, you will provide high-quality technical service and support to customers across research institutions, universities, and industrial facilities.

In this role, you will troubleshoot complex system issues, conduct preventive maintenance, and ensure systems operate at peak performance. You will build strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal engineering, product, and service teams to continuously improve service delivery and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation, repair, calibration, testing, and maintenance of electron microscopy systems, including: Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM ) Focused Ion Beam (FIB) systems

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field OR equivalent combination of education and technical experience

• 3+ years of hands-on technical experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating complex analytical instrumentation such as SEM , TEM , FIB , or similar systems.
