    Field Service Engineer Medical Laboratory Equipment

    Locations: Multiple (FL East Coast Floater, LA Seattle, MS Shreveport, SC Jackson, WA Ft. Lauderdale, Columbia, USA)
    Experience Required: 3 - 15 years

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to service medical laboratory equipment (including hematology, chemistry, coagulation analyzers, and automated robotic lab instrumentation). This role requires strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, maintain, and repair medical laboratory analyzers and automated robotic lab equipment.
    • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
    • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service.
    • Coordinate problem resolution within the Field Support Group.
    • Manage car inventory, including tools, spare parts, and equipment.
    • Provide on-site training for customers on instrument operation.
    • Must be willing to travel overnight as required.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Education: Certificate or AAS degree in electronics or a related field.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Field Service Engineer.
    • Strong electronics and electro-mechanical troubleshooting background.
    • Prior experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation is a plus.
    • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
