Oversee logistics, planning, and management of service center operations including dispatch, technical support, customer service, and quality assurance.

• Meet service objectives and goals.

• Supervise service employees, including hiring, disciplining, scheduling, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, training, completing time sheets, and evaluating performance.

• Schedule field technicians to provide on site service, repair and installation of Automated Production Line Machinery.

• Motivate technicians to work at maximum productivity.

• Train and develop technicians to increase service and sales skills.

• Provide technical support to via radio, telephone, and at job sites.

• Review and audit technician paperwork and ensure equipment is in proper operating condition.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints.

• Review payroll records.
