Bortek Industries is growing in the Pittsburgh region, and we're looking for a skilled Field Service Mechanic to repair and maintain industrial floor scrubbers and sweepers at customer locations throughout Western Pennsylvania.

About Bortek

We represent the industry's top brands in industrial cleaning equipment. Our technicians are trusted advisors-not just wrench turners.

You'll work with high-quality machines while building real relationships with customers across manufacturing, warehousing, and municipal environments.

Your Role in the Field

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial cleaning equipment on-site
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Educate customers on proper equipment use and care
• Recommend parts and services that reduce downtime
• Build long-term customer relationships through reliable service

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanical experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
