Carpenter

Our client is a commercial construction company. They are searching for an experienced carpenter and general maintenance person to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess experienced commercial carpentry skill sets as well as experience supervising small to medium size commercial construction projects to accommodate the needs of their customers.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Project scheduling of vendors & subcontractors
• Daily communication / reporting to project manager
• Coordination of plans and layout of overall project
• Provide daily progress photos or before/after photos of work
• Provide daily field report
• Coordination with customer as needed
• Complete misc. carpentry, maintenance, concrete, etc. tasks as needed to support assignments

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skill sets
• Minimum of 10 years experience in commercial construction
• OSHA 30 training certification
• Unrestricted Construction Supervisors license certificate preferred
• Clean driving record
• Travel as required to support assignments
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in utilizing Outlook, Excel, MS Project, Word, Procore and Adobe
