We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Field Service Technician to join our team and serve customers throughout the Tarrant County area.

What You’ll Do


As a HomeSmiles Field Service Technician, you’ll travel to residential and commercial properties throughout Tarrant County and perform a variety of home maintenance services.  Services include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning to name a few.  You will be trained in using the latest equipment to perform these and other tasks.


Responsibilities may include:

• Perform scheduled home maintenance and service visits.
• Complete exterior and interior home maintenance tasks according to company standards.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment.
• Inspect areas of the home and identify maintenance issues or potential concerns.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation.
• Keep your vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and service protocols.
• Represent the HomeSmiles brand professionally in the community.
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the HomeSmiles team.

What We’re Looking For


The ideal candidate is:

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically capable of performing the duties of the position, including climbing ladders, bending, reaching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in doing quality work.
• Friendly and professional when interacting with customers.
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude.
• Able to learn new processes and follow established procedures.
• Comfortable traveling throughout Tarrant County and the DFW metroplex during the workday.
• Able to pass a background check and meet company driving requirements.

Previous experience in home services, maintenance, construction, landscaping, pressure washing, handyman work, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a similar field is a plus — but we’re willing to train the right person.
