Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Shift: 8: 00am

Pay: $18 $22/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday Friday 8am-5pm, occasional on-call/roadside work
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to service commercial tires both in the shop and in the field. This position involves roadside service calls, troubleshooting, and performing tire repairs and replacements on a variety of equipment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, customer-focused, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
Service commercial tires including mounting and dismounting all types
Perform roadside service calls and on-site repairs
Diagnose tire issues and determine repair vs replacement
Respond to customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot issues independently in the field
Operate tire tools and equipment safely
Maintain and clean service equipment
Follow OSHA and all company safety guidelines
Perform physical labor including lifting, standing, bending, and working for extended periods

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role
2 4 years of tire experience (commercial, OTR, construction, AG, etc.) preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver s license required
ASE/TIA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to handle physically demanding work and work in various environments
