Knowledge, Skills for this position include working knowledge of motors, drives AC & DC, mechanical equipment, facilities maintenance and basic plumbing, excellent problem solving/troubleshooting skills, able to troubleshoot mechanical motors, gear boxes, drive trains, troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, inverters, VFDs, DC drives and electrical and electronic systems..

Physical Demands: Will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders. HVAC Certification preferred, ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, all major appliances including washer and dryer.

• Performing routine repair and maintenance of various systems including plumbing & electrical and their associated fixtures and components;
