We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support customers throughout the Osburn area with an international leader. As a Field Service Technician, you will provide service, diagnostics, repairs, testing, and demonstrations on heavy industrial equipment to minimize downtime and maximize customer productivity. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex equipment issues, performing repairs, installing replacement parts, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heavy industrial construction equipment
Perform field service calls at customer job sites
Inspect, test, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
Install, replace, and adjust equipment components as needed
Conduct equipment demonstrations and operational testing
Document service activities and provide detailed service reports
Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair recommendations and equipment performance

Required Qualifications
Experience servicing heavy industrial construction equipment
