Field Service Technician

Your skills\n\n 2\u20133 years of hands-on IT support experience (printers, PCs, servers, or data center environments).\n Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.\n Valid driver's license and willingness to travel long distances between customer sites.\n Availability for rotational shifts, including 24/7 on-call support and Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50+ lbs.\n Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant identification at the time of hire for federal customer site access.\n Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent, unrestricted basis; no visa sponsorship or temporary work authorization supported.\n* This role is a Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $23 \u2013 $25USD per hour.\n \nYour tasks\n \nHemmersbach seeks a customer-focused Field Technician to provide timely onsite technical support for consumer and enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has experience with HP servers, data centers, printers, and PCs, plus strong customer service skills. This role represents Hemmersbach at client sites and requires willingness to travel long distances based on location and demand.\n \nResponsibilities:\n \nProvide onsite and remote support for printers, PCs, servers, and data center equipment, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.\n \nInstall, repair, upgrade, and configure hardware and software across client environments.\n \nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues, including HP servers and enterprise systems.\n \nWork with dispatch, project managers, and technical teams to support smooth service delivery.\n \nMaintain accurate service, inventory, and issue records while following safety and quality standards.\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
