Job Summary
Keeping warehouse organized and clean, going to customer homes and replacing sashes, solving problems, fixing issues. Unloading window, door and material deliveries, must have common knowledge of how a window, door and/or siding works/installed. Will be responsible for everyday duties. Pay will be determined by applicants experience and quickness of learning.
Responsibilities 

• Handle inbound and outbound calls using proper phone etiquette.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, policies, and services of the organization.
• Resolve customer issues by determining cause of problem, facilitating a resolution, and timely following up with customers.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a well-organized and professional workspace/vehicle.
• Provide assistance with training and orientation for other team members as assigned.
• Able to install minor window/door jobs.
